Quiet residential free water. I continued the road after the Mocvara discotheque (do not hesitate to go under the bridge if you come from the east it is indeed a road). Very quiet and houses next door I felt safe 2 nights. No shade. Lots of mosquitoes, dirty (tires and other waste), a few degrees of slope 2-3% inclination. Water at 10 meters. Bikes and pedestrians pass here (cycle path). Close to the center 10-15 minutes by bike. Vehicle up to 7-8 meters. In a dead end. Very quiet and safe. A few places also along the street.
