Industrial site with plenty of street parking and plenty of fast food shops just round the corner. The local Range store has a small Iceland section for food. It's brilliant, there is everything less than a mile from here, super markets, 24hr garages, fast food, Costa hotels if needed and showers. I used the gym to shower and had multiple takeaways to choose from, its really quiet and very truck dominant on a night as its a large trading estate so they all overnight here, busy with cars trying to park during the day.
