If it's a summer festival, winter festival, dance night, or similar event, the parking area will be used for village events, and parking/overnight stays are not permitted. Glass and clothing recycling containers are available. A small general store is just a 5-minute walk away, and the start of the Meyenburg hiking trail is just seconds from the parking area. You only need to cross the road. This is ideal for those traveling with their dog or mountain bike. The village has several owner-operated cafés with homemade cakes, as well as a restaurant. Parking in the village is not a problem, but with a little time, everything is also within walking distance of this parking area. Important: This is not an official campsite. However, there are no signs prohibiting or restricting parking/overnight stays. Garbage disposal is available a few steps from the general store.
