Parking lot at the Mühlrather Mühle. Overnight stays are not explicitly prohibited. But there is enough space and you won't disturb anyone. The parking lot is right on the street and correspondingly loud. There is a path into the woods and fields where you can walk or cycle for a few kilometers. No VE options. No parking fees.
