Good parking option which is fairly busy during the day and quiet from late evening, good shade from trees possible. It’s away from the main road and quiet at night once everyone disperses, with the few remaining cars slowly disappearing. No restriction signs I can see and it’s totally free. There are a few tea places by the water approximately 50 meters away and a Latino Bar nearby, plus all the other offerings in the park.
