Parking lot of Mobelix/XXXLutz. Plenty of spaces. I live in front of it, neighbors and workers are parking here all the time. Many huge vans park here. Just don't use the first two rows, starting from the entrance/right side, as they are reserved for a car dealer company. Location is so convenient for visiting Prague as it is by the entrance of the city/highway and a quick 10 min. walk to the metro station Hurka, which connects to the city center in a 15 min train ride. One of the biggest parks/green areas in the city is close by, Centralni Park, nice for a walk, bike ride, beer garden, sports and picnic. Lidl and Kaufland just by the parking. Please, always respect the others and the environment :)
