Probably one of the best ways to introduce yourself to Mallorca right now. The place is in the middle of a new construction area where there are currently only 2 houses. The path here is further away from these. The jackhammer was used about 3 times in the 7 days we were here and 2 people with dogs passed by, meaning it is extremely quiet. You don't bother anyone and they won't bother you. We stayed here with a motorhome without any problems. At nightfall we may have left the generator on.
