NEW since July 2025: 8 spacious RV parking spaces have been newly created at the edge of a large parking lot directly on the Werra River. These remain free of charge. There is now a modern power supply for all 8 spaces via two power poles. Payment is by card (vandal-proof). An information board provides information on tourism, water and electricity supplies, technical support, and other parking spaces in Meiningen. The city center is just a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop and a free stainless steel restroom are directly in front of the site. A gas station and numerous shops are approximately 500 meters away.
