Nice parking lot right by the river. Parking is free. From there, you can explore the old town. Since businesses are located there, it can get a bit noisy during weekday mornings when they start work, as people also park there. Don't be put off by the "dead end" sign. There's a turnaround option just before the bridge towards the city center.
