Port Tarakohe NZMCA Park This campsite offers excellent value for money. The views of the marina are superb. There's always something going on at the harbor. Right next door is the yacht club. The yacht club has public restrooms, showers ($4), a washing machine ($4), and a dryer ($4). The campsite has a tap with non-potable water. There's also a rotating clothesline. Boat owners come by every morning at 6:00 a.m. to launch their boats, which can be a bit noisy.
