It is a large open space, which is partly used as a park and ride area and sometimes for the shooting festival or circus. A short stay with a motorhome should not be a problem. The connection to the S-Bahn is excellent, as the station can be reached within minutes and you can easily get to Hamburg. Halstenbek shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
