So this is the Durham sport university car park, if your a solo driver and prefer a bit of light, and to be where others are parked so you don’t stick out like a sore thumb especially in off season or winter then it’s great lots of parking doesn’t say you can’t have a moto home, there’s a pub up the road I believe the public could use the sports facilities and swimming pool for a fee and toilets in the day and early evening still lots of cars in the parking hundreds of parking spots I can’t see a any fine cameras or paying stations I did drive around, and seems fine I would bring your blacked out window nets or put over a piece of cloth for the back to windows if u don’t want too much lighting in, you are next to a A177 road but I arrived 2 in the morning very quiet no students or people around, your near little villages and 15 mins for Durham city center, so I imagine you wouldn’t get allot of trouble here, I’ve parked here on a Saturday overnight as prices round here for hotels are too expensive. There is another quiet place 2 mins up the road for about 4 cars and Durham services linking a1 south and north 10 mins away. With food, fuel and showers there and paid parking after 2 hours at the services .
