Added based on a rating: The PP can definitely always be reached, but only via Altenwalde "Küstriner Str." not via Oxstedt "im Heitfeld". From Oxstedt there is a direct route that said exBW area in between which can only be crossed on foot or by bike. But this should be known to every navigation system.
