Located just south of Princeton, TX on the peninsula of Lake Lavon. Your "home" should feel comfortable, safe, and secure. Each lot on property is 35 feet wide and between 75 and 90 feet long. With a beautiful 4 acre heavily wooded park area, you're sure to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. The park area has walking trails, fire pits, grill stations and outdoor seating areas. The entrance is protected by a security gate and cameras and each guest has a separate gate code to ensure optimal safety on the grounds. You'll also meet an on-site manager who will welcome you and make sure you feel at home.
